I'm Courtney Titus

After graduating with my PA-C, worked in emergency medicine, and started to feel stuck and burned out. I found a nonclinical role in Quality Improvement and it has changed my life.

Now I use what I’ve learned to help people just like you find personal and professional freedom. I’ll show you how to think outside the box so you can fulfill your passions, work in healthcare on your terms, and be intentional about career moves.

My Story

I always knew I wanted to work in medicine, so I worked hard to become the first person in my immediate family to graduate from college with a master's degree. After graduation, I thought my future was a guaranteed success. Then once I started working in medicine I realized how broken our system really was.

I felt frustrated and helpless, but I had worked too hard to let my dreams slip away. I pursued a nonclinical career and it has changed the way I view healthcare. Now I empower others on their journey to career freedom.
